When will my items arrive?

End of January.


The website won’t allow me to move forward with my order, why is the proceed button not clickable?
Check if you have ticked the boxes where it says you agree with our term of services. 


My address is not being recognized on your system, it says it is not existent, what should I do?
Please check if all the fields are filled out correctly, country, state, city & zipcode. If all is as it should be, please contact us via email for assistance.


Can I change my order? 
Yes, but only if the change happens in the first 2 hours of placing the order. You are allowed to add other items, change size & quantity.  Please email us with your order # and we will update it for you.


Why can't I login into my account? An error message appears.
Check if there’s a ‘logout’ button on the top right part of the page. If it has, please log out and try log in again. 


How do I return my items?
We only accept returns for items that we mis-ship. If that happens please email us. 


Who is running this site?
Crooked Monkey, a branded merch company, is running the store. We handle everything - design, production, fulfillment, shipping.
